The Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association( CASCA) is a statewide, nonprofit membership association representing the interests of the industry in Colorado and, by extension, nationwide. CASCA is focused on advocacy, education, networking and media.

There are currently 147 licensed ASCs in Colorado, where approximately 2,350 physicians offer safe, high quality and affordable surgical services throughout every region of the state. Colorado ASCs provide an estimated 393,917 surgical procedures per year.

What is the Event Registration Cancellation Policy?
This policy applies to all events sponsored by the Colorado Ambulatory Surgery Center Association (CASCA). All cancellations must be received in writing. Phone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations may be received via fax, email or regular mail. It is up to the registrant to confirm receipt of the cancellation request. In the event of circumstances beyond its control, CASCA reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. CASCA is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.
How can I get a refund for an event I registered for?
Event packages are nonrefundable. Individual event refunds will be granted up to 90 days prior to the start of an event. Cancellations made 15-90 days prior to a program will be subject to 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received 14 days or fewer before the program will not receive a refund. In extenuating circumstances, to be determined by CASCA, solely, a voucher for attendance at another CASCA Sponsored event might be offered. Additional fees may be required.
Can someone attend the event in my place?
In the event of circumstances beyond its control, CASCA reserves the right to amend or cancel any event. CASCA is not liable for any expense incurred by participants as a result of cancellation.
